The Kosmos Innovation Center
(KIC) hosted graduate students from NEOMA Business School on Friday, 25
September 2026, as part of its ongoing collaboration with the institution to
connect students with Ghana’s entrepreneurship ecosystem and provide
opportunities for practical learning.
As part of the visit, the
students provided management consulting support to three KIC businesses at
different stages of their growth — Agrimercarb, Farm Estates and Hot Drops.
The consulting engagement focused
on providing practical feedback and insights on business growth
opportunities, market success factors and strategies for strengthening business
operations, with a particular focus on enterprise growth and scalability.
Prior to the engagement, the
businesses shared their profiles with the students, enabling them to better
understand the enterprises, their respective markets and the opportunities and
challenges they face. The students then used these insights to inform their
analysis and recommendations during the consulting sessions.
The engagement also provided an
opportunity for the entrepreneurs to share their experiences of building and
growing their businesses within Ghana’s business environment. Through
discussions on their business journeys, current operations and emerging market
opportunities, the entrepreneurs provided the students with practical
perspectives on the realities of entrepreneurship.
The exchange was therefore two-way,
combining the students’ management consulting perspectives with the
entrepreneurs’ practical experience and knowledge of their respective markets.
For KIC, collaborations such as
this demonstrate the value of connecting entrepreneurs, academia and
industry to exchange knowledge, address real business challenges and create
opportunities for enterprise growth.
